After having home care paying over £50 a month for 20 years when I needed an engineer as I had NO HEATING OR HOT WATER they could only give me an appointment 10 days later and then they didn’t turn up and put the visit back another 10 days .
So much for loyal customer ‘s
Will me moving to another home card provider ASAP
