Home Care is an absolute rip off. We paid the fees and had nothing for nearly 2 years. Then when boiler was playing up took a month to get an appointment. Then they said you need a power flush but refused to give an appointment. ‘We’ll contact you when we have availability’ they said - literally. Home Care package is a SCAM. Avoid.
