Whilst the person I dealt with was helpful the issue is still not resolved. I am due a voucher for £100 that I still have not received. As I am going away next week and this voucher needs to be verified the matter is now urgent and requires follow-up. Frankly not a good reflection on British Service, as why must the client pursue the receipt of this voucher? Why is it not issued by British Seniors as a matter of course?
