“I don’t feel everything was explained properly also twice I tried to access my gift card which is no longer available I have phoned and they were re-issued, was keeping them for Christmas but not available again. Sorry but hasn’t been a great experience”

“The product provided was very competitive. Both my wife and myself took out cover. The call centre was professional but also very friendly. Only down side, we're both waiting on the M&S vouchers, should have had them by now.”
