“I don’t feel everything was explained properly also twice I tried to access my gift card which is no longer available I have phoned and they were re-issued, was keeping them for Christmas but not available again. Sorry but hasn’t been a great experience”

“Whilst the person I dealt with was helpful the issue is still not resolved. I am due a voucher for £100 that I still have not received. As I am going away next week and this voucher needs to be verified the matter is now urgent and requires follow-up. Frankly not a good reflection on British Service, as why must the client pursue the receipt of this voucher? Why is it not issued by British Seniors as a matter of course? “We have a joint policy and even though at the beginning when we took out our policy we were happy enough but we are paying a fortune per month we still have anxiety about whether or not we will both be rid of when the time comes”
