We’ve now had 3 ferries cancelled due to covid, desperately trying to get home to the U.K. I’m a essential worker and my husbands medication is running low. We need a refund not vouchers, we have jumped through all the hoops filling out online forms emailing everyone from the CEO to his dog. So sick of it, they are quick enough to take our money by law they should no give it back so that we can make alternate arrangements, alternatively put us on a freight ferry in our two cars with our two dogs we will quite happily stay in the car if need be.
