Very unhelpful when i had a problem with connecting the phone to our system they didnt want to know, they just fobbed me off and asked me to get a ticket to the manufacturer who did not back to me. When the phone was sent back they accused me of having sent the phone back scuffed which i did not!!!. they then had the cheek to deduct £15.52 of the refund.
