Customer Service is Excellent. They are easy to get hold of my phone & email & respond promptly & all staff have been very polite and professional.
I had a few issues at the beginning which is why I have marked as good and the team sorted it out the same day.
I have much more reliable & faster broadband at a fraction of what I was paying before so I am very happy with Broadway Partners as a provider.
