In my experience Broadway Partners are a very dedicated and experienced team.They always go the Extra mile to solve any problems and provide a very efficent service.They have very experienced engineers who can come from all parts of the country who work together very well to get the jobs done. The contact has been good, any questions asked they have always been answered. The only down side is the cables were originally going under ground , I feel we lose signal during bad weather,

After 18 months of issues, I can only hope to go to fibre improves service. I have stayed because of previous customer service, from the days when staff knew who their customers were. Now, with expansion being too much, done too soon, no-one answers phones, neither in tech nor customer services. Personal service, where customers were priority is gone. Customer service agents are merely a means to tell customers 'they' can't help, BUT they can send emails to those who can. Perhaps cut out the middle man and let customers speak to those with the answers?! The company I joined has gone, the only reason you are getting 'acceptable' is down to the great work of local staff. Otherwise , not only would the company I joined be gone, I , as a customer, would be too.

Hi, we can see your full fibre installation is about to take place and indeed should resolve the niggles you've experienced with your wireless broadband as of late. We'll also install a new, improved router as well as part of your full fibre installation which will help with Wi-fi coverage and diagnostics of issues inside the home. That said, you explain you've not been able to reach customer services, but we currently have a 100% answer rate - your call is not being missed by us and the usual bunch, Michelle, Luke etc are all still there as normal, alongside some newer faces. We're keen to learn more about this so please get in touch with us when you can.

Excellent service, speed and connectivity. Also had the landline phone which can be connected to mobiles. Brilliant.

I have been happy with the speed and the connection on most the devices. I have found on my phone it dose cut out alot. I have also noticed it won't let me watch channel 4 on catch up app on any devices. Apart from on my phone it's alot better then the previous supplier.

Most of the time the connection is good however whenever there is heavy rain the signal drops. I cannot work out how the weather affects a fibre connection but it does . As we have had a lot of rain recently, we have also had our connection drop a lot of the time.

Customer Service is Excellent. They are easy to get hold of my phone & email & respond promptly & all staff have been very polite and professional. I had a few issues at the beginning which is why I have marked as good and the team sorted it out the same day. I have much more reliable & faster broadband at a fraction of what I was paying before so I am very happy with Broadway Partners as a provider.

Absolutely amazing. The customer service is second to none and I cannot recommend them enough 300 mbps package and speeds constant much better than my previous supplier

Installation was painless and all the installers were helpful and polite. The service has been rock solid so far - fantastic to have decent broadband in our rural location at last. Four stars rather than five because there was a long time between the start of the project and a connection, although, to be fair, CV19 played a part in that. Also, there was little information forthcoming during the construction of the required infrastructure - any news, even if bad, would have been welcome. So, 5 stars for the actual product and service but somewhat less for keeping customers informed.

The service and installation has been great but the connection and speed has been very poor. We constantly disconnect and have buffering which affects me working at home

Hi Gemma, I'm sorry to hear about this. Based on your description it sounds to be an issue with the Wi-Fi coverage or capability. It could be you need a solution to extend the coverage (we can help with this) or the devices not being capable of using the full connection. I believe I've found your account details and one of the team will reach out to get some more information and help you. So long as you can get a quality signal in your home, there should be no issue with buffering, streaming etc.

Speedy, neat and tidy install by polite and friendly engineers. Any small glitches were promptly ironed out by support staff. Internet speeds are as promised, so far, and internet phone clarity is great.

I have only given ‘good’ because after showing interest we were left without any news for a long time. The installation took much longer than we were led to believe. There were problems, not all of Broadway’s making. Since installation, this was carried out at a convenient time for me, and has been a great success. Thank you

The lady on the phone think her name was Michelle, was so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble, the installers were very polite and explained everything to me.
