Do not order from this ‘company’. I spent almost $300 on a crate with extras and it arrived (on the wrong date) with ‘substitutions’ for everything !!!!! The substitution for $50 of extras was 3 mini bags of chips and a box of chocolates instead! How is that a substitute for pistachios $10 - bbq chips $8 - olive oil and herb crackers $8- grana papadano cheese $18 ???? Fake crystal wine glasses instead of wooden pepper mills and a 4 piece set of wooden tool set ?? No balsamic vinegar or olive oil at all. What is the substitute for these things ? Customer services response was we have the right to substitute whatever we want. This company does not value customer service at all and is a total scam.
