I ordered from Brocrates Canada as a gift, and overall, I was happy with the products themselves—they were well-packaged and exactly as described. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was disappointing since I was hoping to receive it on time. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but better communication about the status of my order would have been appreciated. If timing isn’t a concern, I’d consider ordering again, but I’d be hesitant for time-sensitive gifts.
