Tried to have a brocrate delivered to my father for Father's Day and as of today, I guess it's sitting at a post office. Charged $20 for delivery and my elderly parents have to retrieve it themselves. Canada Post did not attempt delivery - they were home all day. They didn't leave a notice at the house. They didn't leave a notice in the PO box at the local post. You should hire a real delivery service if you are charging people for things to be delivered.
