Ordered my crate a week ago for a gift. The tracking info said it was damaged and to contact sender. I got an email saying it was on track and it wasnt damaged. After further research I realized they looked up an order number that wasn’t mine. I have not be able to reach anyone by phone and I have tried several times. At this point I don’t have a gift and will stop payment on this item.
