What a scam and nightmare of a company. Zero customer service! No one calls you back and everything is someone else's problem. Don't bother paying more to upgrade because a lesser quality item will be shipped. Delivery takes place four days after the date you select. And they hide behind their "terms and conditions".... horrible company
