I ordered items on the 15th of December. You could pick a date for delivery, I picked the 22nd to be in time for Christmas. My items did not get to the destination until the 27th. I had called 2 times and left messages and never received a call back. I repeatedly texted and emailed, finally someone responded only to say wait for a tracking and they could not give me shipping date. Only until it was picked up from courier could you see tracking. I do not recommend them for their customer service and their tracking information is terrible.
