I recently ordered a craft beer crate from Brocrates , and overall, I was really happy with it! The selection of beers was fantastic, featuring some great local brews that my husband loved. The crate itself was sturdy and gave the gift a premium feel, but unfortunately, one of the bottles arrived with a small crack. I reached out to customer service, and while they did respond within 24 hours, they only offered a small discount rather than a replacement. Despite that minor issue, the packaging was creative, and the delivery was right on time. I’ll definitely order again but hope for a bit more flexibility in resolving issues.
