I’ve stayed at this cabin group before and was impressed, but this visit was a major disappointment. The dishwasher was moldy and smelled foul—clearly unsanitary. One bedroom was unusable due to a loud HVAC rattle. The hot tub was filthy and only fixed the final night of our stay. The cookware was dangerous—pans had loose handles, and the knives were too dull to use. The gas grill was rusted and didn’t function. One bathroom had a clogged shower and a loose toilet. I booked this luxury cabin to host potential business associates and was embarrassed by the poor condition and delayed response. Despite reaching out, I’ve received no reply from management. For the premium price, I expected much better.
