“The cabin was beautiful, the location was good. The communication from the property manager was great. I had a lovely weekend with my family. Offering pets was a big plus for us. We would rent from this property management company again!”

“Cabin was cleaned well when we arrived. Manager explained directions to the cabin well, policies, cabin rules, etc very thoroughly in email. Our stay was memorable. The Hilltop Lovers Den Cabin provided a quiet escape and the comfy, cozy vibe made us feel at home. All the amenities (hot tub, grill, kitchen amenities, TV, wifi, complementary soap, etc.) made our stay more easier and allowed us to bring less things. Our dog enjoyed the cabin as well. You can hear the lake from the cabin and it's a steep walk down but nothing crazy!”

“The cabin was great! We had a few hiccups but everything was resolved. A few lights were blinking and the garbage disposal was an issue but was fixed by my husband. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”

“Customer service for this cabin was horrible. And afterwards the owner threatened to kick us off the day after, because he stated that we had passed the amount of adults that can be there. When the cabin profile states it can hold up to 28 people. And before I booked the cabin, I had put that 24 adults would attend. And he approved it with no problem. But still charged me extra for the amount of people after we had already arrived at the cabin. I did my best to keep the cabin as clean as possible and tried to be as responsible as anyone can be because I know the struggle of renting out places. But still he did not return my deposit and I got an up charge instead. I tried to communicate plenty of times before arriving to the cabin and he would take forever to respond and would not even return my phone calls. But to threaten to kick me off the day after, he immediately called me. Place is beautiful, but the amount of stress he caused me does not make it worth it. Also he kept confusing me with another person. And kept sending the information to a different email instead of mine. And also the hot tub does not clean itself. And that is the reason he got mad with me because I messaged him regarding how to clean the hot tub, because it does not have a cleaning button. Which is really unsanitary. And instead of answering how to clean it he started threatening me of kicking me out for having more than the limit adults. When as I stated before I had put the amount of adults attending prior to getting there.”

“My first impression about Hilltop Green Manor was, it's the woods and it's a cabin. Walking up to the house, I noticed that the porch was a little dirty. I proceeded to the door and it was cracked open. I didn't even put a code in the box for entry. That made me nervous. I went in as I videoed. I checked every room, every closet, every bathroom. The cabin itself was beautiful. I smelled mildew from the time I walked up and walked in. This cabin definitely need a major cleaning. Dust was everywhere. From the floor to the ceiling. In the email, it stated that they had complementary snacks, but there was none. This was mother's day weekend. It was 12 women. As we put the food away, made dinner for the night. Someone noticed that the freezer was not freezing the food nor drinks. We thought to give it a little time. The next morning ice was melting. The refrigerator was no longer cold. We had to transfer everything from the refrigerator to the freezer. Just to keep our items cold. A couple of our food items had to be tossed to the trash by Sunday. The hot tub was not clear water. To me, it look a little greenish brown. Most of the ladies got in anyway, but for me, I couldn't fathom putting my body into that water. I did notify my findings with this place during the time I noticed it. I called, but voicemail was full and I text and did not get a reply. For my first time, being at a cabin. The experience other than us, making it enjoyable was some words I don't want to post.”

“The cabin accommodated our large party. Could use some upgrading but to be inspected due to it being a cabin. The only issue was it was not cleaned good but we enjoyed ourselves.”

“Hilltop Anand Ville served its purpose for our large group but the pictures are misleading - the outside of the cabin needs a lot of TLC - Several areas that are dangerous due to not having railings or gates. The kitchen was not very clean - trash between stove and cabinet - broken appliances - Issues with toilets not flushing properly - The deck was not clean at all - the grounds need to be cleaned up and mowed - The "lake" looked like someone poured blue toilet cleaner into a swamp - just overall not up to par with the price - The cabin served its purpose for our large family but I am sure we will move on to different cabin for our next trip to Broken Bow.”

“I’ve stayed at this cabin group before and was impressed, but this visit was a major disappointment. The dishwasher was moldy and smelled foul—clearly unsanitary. One bedroom was unusable due to a loud HVAC rattle. The hot tub was filthy and only fixed the final night of our stay. The cookware was dangerous—pans had loose handles, and the knives were too dull to use. The gas grill was rusted and didn’t function. One bathroom had a clogged shower and a loose toilet. I booked this luxury cabin to host potential business associates and was embarrassed by the poor condition and delayed response. Despite reaching out, I’ve received no reply from management. For the premium price, I expected much better.”
