“My first impression about Hilltop Green Manor was, it's the woods and it's a cabin. Walking up to the house, I noticed that the porch was a little dirty. I proceeded to the door and it was cracked open. I didn't even put a code in the box for entry. That made me nervous. I went in as I videoed. I checked every room, every closet, every bathroom. The cabin itself was beautiful. I smelled mildew from the time I walked up and walked in. This cabin definitely need a major cleaning. Dust was everywhere. From the floor to the ceiling. In the email, it stated that they had complementary snacks, but there was none. This was mother's day weekend. It was 12 women. As we put the food away, made dinner for the night. Someone noticed that the freezer was not freezing the food nor drinks. We thought to give it a little time. The next morning ice was melting. The refrigerator was no longer cold. We had to transfer everything from the refrigerator to the freezer. Just to keep our items cold. A couple of our food items had to be tossed to the trash by Sunday. The hot tub was not clear water. To me, it look a little greenish brown. Most of the ladies got in anyway, but for me, I couldn't fathom putting my body into that water. I did notify my findings with this place during the time I noticed it. I called, but voicemail was full and I text and did not get a reply. For my first time, being at a cabin. The experience other than us, making it enjoyable was some words I don't want to post.”

“The cabin accommodated our large party. Could use some upgrading but to be inspected due to it being a cabin. The only issue was it was not cleaned good but we enjoyed ourselves.”

“I rented this cabin for our children's Christmas present this year. It's always a little scary to rent something without seeing it in person first. We had 26 people staying so I was really hoping it would be ok. Well.....it was far more beautiful than I had imagined. The pictures really didn't do it justice. It is an absolutely gorgeous property. It was very clean, there were more than enough towels, bedding, pillows and more kitchen appliances and utensils you could ever use. Even the trash dumpsters were so convenient. The separate mother-in-law section was absolutely amazing. Like I said, we had 26 people, lots of luggage, food and toys and we had so much room. The downstairs area with the pool table was the biggest hit. Everyone hung out on the bunk beds and we had a huge pool tournament. Can't say enough about how much the huge hot tub was used and enjoyed. I will definitely rent this exact cabin again and I highly recommend it to anyone. Also having multiple washers and dryers was incredible. The grounds were beautiful also. I would give it more stars if I could. I honestly could not complain about one single thing!! We all loved it so much we would have loved to have stayed longer.”

“Hilltop Anand Ville served its purpose for our large group but the pictures are misleading - the outside of the cabin needs a lot of TLC - Several areas that are dangerous due to not having railings or gates. The kitchen was not very clean - trash between stove and cabinet - broken appliances - Issues with toilets not flushing properly - The deck was not clean at all - the grounds need to be cleaned up and mowed - The "lake" looked like someone poured blue toilet cleaner into a swamp - just overall not up to par with the price - The cabin served its purpose for our large family but I am sure we will move on to different cabin for our next trip to Broken Bow.”

“We had great time at Hilltop Beehives - perfect fit for large family group and lot of outdoor space. Happy with everything big kitchen space and large dinning table. Lot kids beds etc.. only improvement I would suggest is entire home was perfectly clean - kitchen sink bad smell and flies and stairs do see lot dust.”

“I’ve stayed at this cabin group before and was impressed, but this visit was a major disappointment. The dishwasher was moldy and smelled foul—clearly unsanitary. One bedroom was unusable due to a loud HVAC rattle. The hot tub was filthy and only fixed the final night of our stay. The cookware was dangerous—pans had loose handles, and the knives were too dull to use. The gas grill was rusted and didn’t function. One bathroom had a clogged shower and a loose toilet. I booked this luxury cabin to host potential business associates and was embarrassed by the poor condition and delayed response. Despite reaching out, I’ve received no reply from management. For the premium price, I expected much better.”

“We stayed at 88 Burberry Circle, Broken Bow, OK 74728 from Wednesday, 11/27, to Saturday, 11/30, with a group of 26 adults and kids, and it was the WORST experience ever for my wife and I! Some rooms were unbearably hot, while others were freezing cold. Our room, where we stayed with our 22-month-old toddler, was super cold—there was NO air coming from the vents! We checked all the thermostats in the house but couldn’t get any help. We called the contact number provided, but no one answered. The voicemail said to leave a message, and they’d get back to us. Spoiler: they NEVER did. Imagine having to care for a baby in freezing temperatures during Thanksgiving in late November. It was beyond disappointing and unacceptable. Additionally, the spacing between the staircase balusters was substandard—wider than it should be, creating a significant safety hazard. Little ones could easily fall through! This is an urgent issue that the owner MUST fix ASAP, as it poses a serious risk of bodily injury.”
