Hilltop Anand Ville served its purpose for our large group but the pictures are misleading - the outside of the cabin needs a lot of TLC - Several areas that are dangerous due to not having railings or gates. The kitchen was not very clean - trash between stove and cabinet - broken appliances - Issues with toilets not flushing properly - The deck was not clean at all - the grounds need to be cleaned up and mowed - The "lake" looked like someone poured blue toilet cleaner into a swamp - just overall not up to par with the price - The cabin served its purpose for our large family but I am sure we will move on to different cabin for our next trip to Broken Bow.
