Do not touch this company with a barge pole.
I paid £9.95 extra next day delivery for £200 Order for a suit, 4 days before an event.
3 days later I chased it to be told by a can’t be arsed customer service rep and manager sorry we haven’t sent it out.
The excuse was we are busy and read the small print, they hold the right to not send out next day delivery if they are busy.
Couldn’t even be bothered to let me know.
Joke, disgusting customer service and incompetent staff.
