Went into the Stratford on Avon store today . I was intending to buy a pair of casual trousers for an upcoming holiday.There were three female assistants present but not one of them acknowledged me ,it’s as if I was invisible. I imagined they were there to actually sell something and to assist in any purchases.maybe I’m wrong. I left and went over the road to M and S and spent my money there .

Oh my! They pants look good on the website. When tried on, the material on either side of zipper were puffy. Can't possibly wear them out so I will wear them while doing chores around the house. If BT was really concerned, it can provide me with a refund but me thinks that will not happen. What a disappointment since the rise on the pants is good but oh my goodness, that puffy material on each side of the zipper. Additionally, the seat is quite baggy.

Decent clothes but isn't worth going through the awful experience of trying to buy something. Firstly, the website is awful to navigate. Then, when I'm ordering something, it says it can be delivered next day for a slight extra cost, which I choose, but when it comes to the order confirmation email, it tells me that the item was on back order and will be due in a month, which was never stated when actually buying the item. Then, to top it all off, I check the website the next day, and the item says it's in stock?? Avoid using, the pieces are nice but not nice enough to go through the hassle.

Very anxious to please. However it does seem that costs have have given rise to extra customer care expense for example trouser alterations which a very special “ old fashioned “ customer appreciation!!!!

Paid extra for next day delivery …… no delivery. Unable to contact Brook T as tel system down most of the morning! Eventually through to cust serv who acknowledged I had paid for xtra delivery and advised parcel en route via Evri today (one & a half days late) …… I wait with bated breath. Why charge for next day delivery when, judging by other reviews, this is not the case. If Evri is the problem, change your courier, if order processing a problem, engage more staff. One very disappointed customer.

Will take your money for "next day delivery" but they have no interest in fulfilling the order. They will blame their courier EVRI however they should accept responsibility for poor service. Given my previous experience with them I will not be using them again.

appalling service. Next working day delivery order of an Evening Shirt was delayed twice and still not delivered a full week later. This was the most basic of orders and they could not even get that right.

I bought dress pants for my husband and they sent us the wrong size. Customer service is being less than helpful to get them returned and my money back. Meanwhile I bought the pants again just to get him pants. They are like a scam. All I have is email to get this resolved and they are not helping so I am letting reviews online to let others know not to purchase here. I still do not have a refund and I have been chasing this for a week.

Bought 2 pairs of trousers in my usual size but when they arrived they were far to big, returned and exchanged for the next size down and they were to small, come on get your sizes right, returned for a refund only to find they kept some of the money for something that wasn't my fault, never again

Good quality garments but deliveries a shambles. Every online order results in a letter of apology that delivery will be delayed due to exceptionally high volume of orders. Try taking on more staff or reviewing the despatch process!!

Nice clothing but far too slow to deliver. Paying £5 for 5 day delivery isn’t really up to snuff these days. And then I get an email saying they can’t deliver in 5 days because they have a lot of orders…ok, hire some more staff if you’re that successful?

Dreadful Ordered Sapphire Dinner Suit, 38waist measured 37.5 on full expansion, reducing to 35.5 re ordered 40 inch waist, labelled 40, measured 42 and 44 on expansion. Not great to receive a pair of trousers with the baggy knees already in, a mark on the left knee and tram-line pressed. £200 reduced to £100 for Made in China trousers with the B T label that fit like a pair of track- suit bottoms.

I have placed my order 38 days now.. I did receive 2/4 pieces withing 5 days. Then I had to wait another 10 days for the third piece and I'm still waiting the fourth. The delivery has been cancelled 4(!!!)times. Today I called them and they said sorry your delivery will be delivered after 22nd.. this is a joke of customer support. When we order something we pay not only the product but the service too. Definitely I'm not buying again from this shop. If my order will be postponed again I will just cancel it , return everything and ask for a refund.

I have previously had no problem but recently ordered a jacket which ended up being sent to a Hotel in Birmingham, I live in Eastbourne, DHL not interested as they delivered to the address given, BT customer service completely disinterested, they had sent to Default address so apparently my problem!! Looking at my account they have two (2) default addresses shown?? According to DHL this is not unusual. So not impressed. The Hilton NEC Birmingham couldn't have been more helpful :-)

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. I paid £9.95 extra next day delivery for £200 Order for a suit, 4 days before an event. 3 days later I chased it to be told by a can’t be arsed customer service rep and manager sorry we haven’t sent it out. The excuse was we are busy and read the small print, they hold the right to not send out next day delivery if they are busy. Couldn’t even be bothered to let me know. Joke, disgusting customer service and incompetent staff. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Have written asking them to stop sending mailshots and emails to me as I do not wish to buy anything from them but to no avail. They are not customer orientated or they would listen and action instead of being plain ignorant.
