“Brook Taverner are not Alexandre or Hackett quality and although rrp is for instance £300 dont be paying more than £120 and you wont feel like they have had your eyes out. Hackett is worth £300 and you can feel the difference in material weight, quality and overall cut and fit.”

“I live in France and recently purchased some clothes from Brook Taverner. The clothes arrived and they were too small so at my own expense (€25)I returned them to Brook Taverner. Initially they refused to refund the VAT I had paid and then when I objected, they did. I then received a bill for €150 from DHL for import duties. I have forwarded this to Brook Taverner and they have said that it’s not their problem even though the Export Regulations clearly state that no duty is payable on returned goods. The end result is that it has cost me €175 to get absolutely nothing and Brook Taverner have received back and no doubt resold the clothes.”

“I have just received my latest order of 4 shirts. As soon as you open the package you feel the quality of the fabric and just cannot wear and enjoy / show off the quality! Very pleased to add these to my (full) wardrobe of BT clothes: 4 suits 3 coats (Wool, Harris Tweed, Tweed) 6 Tweed jackets and waistcoats (amazing look) 3 chinos / jeans Tremendous quality and value. Over the years I have shopped most "designer" labels, however BT surpass all expectations! Keep up the good work!”
