“Bought 2 pairs of trousers in my usual size but when they arrived they were far to big, returned and exchanged for the next size down and they were to small, come on get your sizes right, returned for a refund only to find they kept some of the money for something that wasn't my fault, never again”

“I have previously had no problem but recently ordered a jacket which ended up being sent to a Hotel in Birmingham, I live in Eastbourne, DHL not interested as they delivered to the address given, BT customer service completely disinterested, they had sent to Default address so apparently my problem!! Looking at my account they have two (2) default addresses shown?? According to DHL this is not unusual. So not impressed. The Hilton NEC Birmingham couldn't have been more helpful :-)”
