Paid extra for next day delivery …… no delivery. Unable to contact Brook T as tel system down most of the morning! Eventually through to cust serv who acknowledged I had paid for xtra delivery and advised parcel en route via Evri today (one & a half days late) …… I wait with bated breath.
Why charge for next day delivery when, judging by other reviews, this is not the case. If Evri is the problem, change your courier, if order processing a problem, engage more staff.
One very disappointed customer.
