Been eating Brooklyn Hot Dogs for at least five years. I use to buy them at Murray's Cheese shop at GCT, but have since moved to North Carolina and now have them shipped to me. I can eat them knowing they are actually healthy, with no nitrates, and they really taste great on top of it ! They are also so long I try to buy foot long buns ! All varieties are great, just try some of the recipes on their website.
