DO NOT ORDER ONLINE from Brooks Brothers. After I ordered a polo shirt in the wrong color. I had trouble finding the cancel order request and when I did, I was notified of their policy that you ONLY HAVE 1 HOUR TO CANCEL ORDERS. I always thought they were a reputable company but now realize they are worse than the cheapest clothing stores.
