Brooks brother in the past was a great store, but now it really sucks! I wanted to send a gift to someone, went to website, picked out 2 shirts and tried to complete the gift order: no place for gift message, very poor website! I finally called and got someone from a foreign country who was difficult to understand and could not understand what I wanted and needed! Do NOT do business with Brooks Brothers; they are nothing but a cheap, poorly run knockoff of the real Brooks Brothers!
