I ordered a product on sale from them. It was a $130 part that i got for $100. It was a great sale. However, they shipped the product by USPS (their first mistake). The tracking says it was delivered. It says it was placed at the garage. I do not have a garage at my house. I was home on the day it says it was delivered but I never received anything. I called Brownells and they say to call USPS (like they would do anything about it). They wouldn't give me a refund or ship me a new item because it was "delivered." So I'm out $115 and they wont do anything about it. I will never order from them again. If this happened with an Amazon order, they would ship a new item out that day. Amazon knows how to keep customers happy, Brownells does not.
