4 stars for the product, service 1 star. Product quality is decent, but be mindful of their colour difference issues. Took long to study their product images, model images and social media images but still most are not the shade I was expecting, i.e. their gold mostly leans towards warm & yellowish, but Croix choker is a nice chapmapge gold suitable for cool skin tone girlie. Also, do not expect to hear back from their CS shortly if you have any questions. And I had to invest much time in resolving delivery issues (false claim of delivery & false status update), with no assistance from their CS.
