BRILLIANT SERVICE, I had bought a glass from a.n.other so called engraving company through the internet and when I received it, it was not satisfactory. Got hold of Brunel Engraving and the customer service was absolutely outstanding, I explained the problem that i had and the staff went "above and beyond" what I had expected produced a faultless product !!!!
