I loved my first BRUSH but, as other people have said, the bristles fall out after about 6 months. Tried repeatedly contacting them but no response! Ashamed to say I liked the product so I bought the larger size in hope it doesn't do the same thing. Very upset with customer service. Would certainly have appreciated a response.
