“I have had my Brush 30 for almost one year. I mainly use it for touch up in between salon appointments. Recently I've noticed that it has been shredding bristles and I would not recommend buying this product.”
“Poor Durability and Disappointing Customer Service
I purchased a styling brush from this company, and while it initially worked fine, it started shedding bristles like crazy after just 18 months. I’ve had all kinds of hair tools—some for years—so this was unexpected.
When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged this was a “rare” problem but wouldn’t offer a replacement. Just 25% off a new one. That’s not good customer service—especially when the defect is supposedly so uncommon. You’d think they’d want to make it right.
I even offered to return the faulty brush, but they stuck rigidly to their warranty and offered no real solution.
Bottom line: if their product fails outside the warranty window, they won't back it up. I wouldn't recommend buying this brush unless you're willing to take that risk.”
“OK so, I bought mine from EBAY because I cant afford full price. The first time I tried it, I thought I wasted my money. Not happy with the results, however I tried it again and holy cow. This brush is amazing! I love it, I'll never be without one. My hair is long and thick so It's not that easy to get curl. I spent $250 on a Drybar dryer/styler and this is so much better! Do it. You won't be disappointed.”
“I love the results of the brush and oils when the bristles are on it...I assume that is how the oils/keratin transfers...I have had three now(had to replace because bristles fell out) and then do not work the same...The company told me the oils would last for 3-4 years but have no way to get the oils out. The representative was not able to help me understand what I am doing wrong...anyone else have this problem?”
“I could not do the 7 day program. No written instructions came with the brush. It just seemed they wanted everyone to write a review on Facebook. I don’t use facebook. So I don’t know when to use the ion on the brush.

“I ordered a "30" based on instructions. Tried to exchange it for a "40" because it was the wrong size and was not allowed to do so due to it being "after 14 days." Seriously? The purchasse was 21 days prior. Poor customer service. Size instructions are misleading.”
“LOVE this product. I have fine, thin, dry, difficut hair and my Brush 30 has made it manageable and it no longer looks like hay. I bought two more. One for my granddaughter and one for my daughter for Mother's Day presents. I cannot praise this more. It is wonderful.”
