“I understood I’d be getting a heat cover for each of the brushes I bought but it only arrived with one heat traveling case. I bought 2 brushes- Im keeping one brush and I was going to give the other one to my granddaughter but I’m thinking about returning the second one I bought due to no travel case.
Can another travel case be sent to me?”
“The brush is beyond beyond amazing. The time it took to get here was not reat at all. But, I did pay for expedite delivery and it took forever. Wkth that said...the company refunded me that money which is completely good business etics in my book. And the fact that the brush is a game changer for me...that is awesome. So thank you for making my fine frizzy mop into a thing of beauty. Highly recommend the product!”

“My wife purchased one about two years ago and some bristles broke off and others fell out. She really liked the BRUSH, it did what she expected it to do. BUT, for the price one would expect to get more than 2 years service out of this product. She has enjoyed it. But she was not going to spend that much on another one. So, I purchased her the second one recently for Christmas. But, if this one does not last as long as I think a $150 BRUSH should last there will be no more BRUSHES for this household. Just to reiterate; the BRUSH works just as the company said it would and my wife has been very with it's performance but, disatisfied with it's longivity. Thax, Harold and Pearlie”
“Works well, easy to use. I returned only because the smaller barrel was too small and the larger was too big. With my length hair I needed a size in between.”
“The brush is okay for a quick fix me up but for my hair, my curling iron does a much better job. However, I usually get it cut a bit shorter in the spring and summer and when it is shorter, the curling iron makes the curls too tight so I think the brush is going to work great then. I will keep it for those in between days because sleeping on it makes my hair go straight so I can out a bit of a lift on it with the brush.”
“By the time I had used the Brush 40 on my short hair, about twice a week for six months, all the bristles had fallen out and it was just a metal rod - very disappointed - surely won't buy again.”
“This company tried helping me in every way My hair was too thick for the brush but they sent me videos and ideas how to help. I'm sorry it didn't work out and now waiting for my refund they have told me I will received. Thanks for your help”
“I’m disappointed because I thought it was a dryer and a curler but it’s not, just a curler. Admittedly it curls nicely but so do many others for less money. I’ll keep it all the same, but just know future buyers that it’s a curler only.”
