“I ordered a "30" based on instructions. Tried to exchange it for a "40" because it was the wrong size and was not allowed to do so due to it being "after 14 days." Seriously? The purchasse was 21 days prior. Poor customer service. Size instructions are misleading.”

“I'm very disappointed with my brush. I have thick medium length hair. In order to get results I would have to take tiny sections which would be very time consuming. Even then I wasn't impressed as there was very little curl that didn't last. My old Revlon styling brush does a much better job. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.”
