I love the results of the brush and oils when the bristles are on it...I assume that is how the oils/keratin transfers...I have had three now(had to replace because bristles fell out) and then do not work the same...The company told me the oils would last for 3-4 years but have no way to get the oils out. The representative was not able to help me understand what I am doing wrong...anyone else have this problem?
