I have returned not because of the product but because my own handicaps (Essential Tremor, chronic back pain, and arthritic hands, wrists,and fingers will not let me correctly manipulate the tool. I have a hairdresser who shampoos and styles my hair weekly. I wanted this for touching up in between, but I cannot work the brush properly. Truth be told I ordered this and few days later I saw that L'Ange had introduced a similar tool, but with temperature control, wish I had waited, I would have ordered that one.”
