Sent products in a timely manner. A little costly but well-made. I have returned not because of the product but because my own handicaps (Essential Tremor, chronic back pain, and arthritic hands, wrists,and fingers will not let me correctly manipulate the tool. I have a hairdresser who shampoos and styles my hair weekly. I wanted this for touching up in between, but I cannot work the brush properly. I have followed instructions for return and expect my refund soon.
