Best workout equipment I have for my small home gym. The kettle bell and sand bag combo allows me to get a full HIT workout every day. And the daily Brute Force training workout emails have been a game changer when I get lazy and don’t make a workout. I can easily say my best workout equipment I have bought in 20 yrs. I will be buying exclusively Brute Force equipment going forward.
