This is my 3rd 10.2 MAX+. The hinges failed on the first two. I don't know if the hinge design has been corrected with my latest replacement, or if the hinges will fail again. Despite the frustration of multiple replacements -- and mediocre customer service -- I still believe the 10.2 MAX+ is the best product out there.
