I have a series of terrible experiences with BSM - Mahamede Warsame (dangerous driver), Mubina Mohammed (tried to change first lesson with limited notice and then didn't turn up + send rude messages), Muneer Ahmed (tried to extract additional 150 cah payment out of me to take the test)
BSM take no responsibility and say that their drivers are self employed.
Avoid at all costs
