“I learnt to drive with Tahira Mahmood, she was excellent. Always reliable, on time for every lesson, super communicative when trying to arrange test etc. Each lesson felt structured with clear progress. Tahira teaches to a really high standard which meant not just that I felt confident taking my test & passed first time but more importantly I feel confident now driving independently. I’m really pleased I learnt with Tahira!”

“Instructor changed the lesson without advising and then it’s impossible to get a refund. BSM take no ownership and there isn’t an escalation process”

“Please look at the reviews below as well. They will just do whatever they like and cancel last minute. If you have infinite time and dont mind cancellation on the day of the lesson with no prior warning, go ahead, but they won't compensate you so just find a local place.”

“Mario Trapasso was an excellent driving instructor always calm, patient, and ready to explain things clearly whenever I didn’t understand. His supportive and professional approach really helped build my confidence behind the wheel. Thanks to him, I passed on my first attempt! If you’re looking for automatic driving lessons, I’d strongly recommend Mario. He’s one of the best out there”

“Driving instructor arrived 20-30 minutes late to all lessons, then on the final booked lesson decided to call the day prior. Called to tell me 7:30am tomorrow! Knowing I’d booked 2 weeks before this for 9am. The lesson never happened as I could not do a lesson at 7:30am therefore lost £90 and have not heard back from BSM since requesting a refund over a week ago now. AVOID. - Uxbridge Area”

“Warning to all, Do your research before you book a lesson with Brian Foote a BSM instructor in Swindon, was picking me up 10 minutes late & dropping me of 20 minutes early, I asked him why and he stated that he’s not teaching me anymore & terminated all my lesson, called up BSM spoke to Nigel & they just protect the drivers, not only this, Brian Foote also has a bottle of Bacardi In his car so I guess he is a heavy drinker, Brian Foote is A BAD INSTRUCTOR do not use this company or instructor, spread the word & make sure no one else has this bad experience. Waste of DNA this Brian Foote.”

“I got relief after been duped of about 555,000$ by money laundering fraudsters, kept me in traumatized but as God never fails. “Cancel lessons at the last minute with no explanation. They do it out of office hours so you can’t contact them and their hopeless chatbot is useless. No care for customers.”

“I feel so lucky BSM matched me to Juliana. Juliana is a fantastic teacher, she makes every lesson fun and something Ive looked forward to. I just had an absolute laugh with her, she is an inspiring and positive person. I couldn’t recommend her enough if you looking for a driving instructor. So many thank yous to Juliana for teaching me, for her patience and helping me stay calm and grow my confidence. And to passing first time at sidcup this month!!! I’m beyond happy to have passed but it’s bittersweet saying goodbye to my amazing teacher.”
