“I passed my test today, first time, all thanks to the wonderful Tahira. After many years of dealing with a fear of driving, I really didn’t think I could ever do it! She was kind, patient, and understanding of my anxiety, and allowed me to learn at my pace - while also helping me push past the fear and find courage. I’m so thankful for her, and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic driving instructor. 5 stars!”

“Stay away from this company and Brian Foote in Swindon. He is the greediest old man I have ever seen. He was all about the cha-ching! Every lesson felt like a money-making marathon. We were stuck doing the same maneuvers over and over, and I swear, he invented new reasons to keep me on the road longer. It was like learning to drive took a back seat to his bank account. After a whopping 40 hours of lessons, he drops the bomb: "Cancel your test and I am not going to take you to the test centre." He showed me some statistics that at my age (36) it would be a miracle to pass the exam after 40 hours of lesson and it would destroy his pass rate and he might lose his instruction certificate! I cancelled the test and booked another one. Just to add a sprinkle of frustration, he decides to not take me to the test center only 30 minutes before the test, after a mind-boggling 60 hours of lessons. He was trying to convince me to take more lessons because there is a tiny distance to being a perfect driver. I contacted BSM and requested to change the instructor. HAVE NOT HEARED FROM THEM. So, I started looking for a new private instructor. I took a couple of lessons with the new guy because I needed to get comfortable with new car. The new instructor was surprised that I hadn’t taken a test after 60 hours of lesson yet. He told me that like every other business there are such people and he also mentioned about bad reputation of BSM in this business and it is all about money. BTW, I passed my test in the first try with only 3 minors.”

“I learned with Tahira after being with a few instructors and she was by far the best easy to learn with and got my test booked and last within 3 months couldn’t recommend her enough !”

“My instructor, Tahira was lovely and friendly but above all she was a great teacher and helped me identify my weaknesses coming from another instructor she made a conscious effort to correct and work on my bad habits this was, I was able to pass quickly and efficiently. My overall experience with her was great and I would recommend her to others.”

“Please do Not pick BSM as your driving school. They only care about money they dont have any contact number to speak to a proper person they are all about time and money waste. Avoid at all costs”

“Located in south west london. I have a series of terrible experiences with BSM - Mahamede Warsame (dangerous driver), Mubina Mohammed (tried to change first lesson with limited notice and then didn't turn up + send rude messages), Muneer Ahmed (tried to extract additional 150 cah payment out of me to take the test) BSM take no responsibility and say that their drivers are self employed. Avoid at all costs”

“Outstanding, first class service, throughout all my driving lessons. Tahira was consistently kind, calm, and highly skilled in teaching me every single aspect of driving. As someone who massively struggled with confidence on the road, Tahira always remained patient with me and found ways to build my confidence in driving and get me to a level where I was able to pass my test first time, this is dispute how challenging I found learning to drive. Thanks to Tahira I never gave up despite how difficult I found it at times because she never gave up on me. There aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly positive the whole process has been and I definitely can’t thank Tahira enough for all the hard work she’s put in delivering a superb five star service, I couldn’t of done it without her. I would very highly recommend anyone her to anyone looking to learn how to drive.”

“Unbelievable service I have had a few driving instructors and this was the best i had - so good I passed first time. Very fair and good at helping. Strict but in a good way because it really helps you get better. Lovely person as well. Cannot recommend enough.”

“I initially booked Tahira through my cousin, a previous student of hers that also passed his test. Her style of teaching is phenomenal. Tahira is the epitome of taking pride in her work; ensuring that her students are test ready to the best of their abilities is more paramount than financial gain. I was naturally a nervous driver, however Tahira played a crucial role in helping me overcome my anxiety on the road. Her patient guidance and expertise gave me the confidence to navigate the streets with ease, I could not thank her enough. I would highly recommend booking with her if she's available in your area! :)”

“Let down by previous instructors who were inconsistent with effective teaching. I was exhausted with learning to drive until I met Tahira. Due to my previous experience with Berkshire instructors I was very sceptical on my first lesson. To my pleasant suprise Tahira’s teaching strategy was the best I’ve ever seen. She taught the basics, asked critical thinking questions, explored theory and practical. So thank you Tahira for being an excellent teacher.”

“Today I made it happened! Thank’s to my very patient driving instructor Tahira. I only had a couple of lesson with her but I learned a lot for just few days. I couldn’t believe that I passed the test because I was so nervous. Tahira helped build my confidence and gave me a lot of reassurance that I can do it. For all new learners I will recommend BSM especially my instructor Tahira.”

“Tahira is an incredibly experienced, fair driving instructor whose patience and strict style of teaching was invaluable and helped me to pass my driving test with zero faults. She had good communication and would respond to texts straight away which was also something I appreciated. All in all, my experience was positive and I would recommend her to anyone in need of a driving instructor”
