My daughter lives in supported accommodation with two other young people and BT is the provider. The house junction box is directly outside the house. WIFI has been unreliable for many months but recently the house phone also stopped working and weirdly, staff's mobiles can only send texts out but not call out. As a result, speaking to my daughter daily has been unpredictable and forget face-time, though fortunately my ZEN connection is working:) A BT engineer was supposed to come last Thursday 28/8 or Friday29/8 but no one showed up. BT's latest update is that someone will visit the house in the next 5 days. Such unacceptable 'service' on so many levels, some would say discriminatory and irresponsible. Will I get a reply? Only if BT monitors this website
