I have been trying to cancel my BT broadband service as I have moved out of the rental house. I will not bore readers with all the details, needless to say, after six phone calls, nine representatives who are dedicated to "customer service" and over three hours on the phone it still has not been resolved. A fairly straight forward request attempted to be handled by people who lack any ability or responsibility to complete the requested task. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid.
