I’ve not had access to my email for a month. I thought it was because I was abroad. I returned home to try to sort it. 10 days ago I spoke to Marie who tried her best to resolve the problem but said she would pass it on to bridge case and I should hear back from them in a couple of days. Unfortunately that did not happen, probably the festive season slowed responses. I phoned again this afternoon. A young man named Adrian patiently talked me through the stages, that was after he had tried to find how the phone had been compromised. Not being a spring chicken and slightly deaf I requested that he slowed his speech for me as his lovely accent was not an everyday one for me. He did so and didn’t seem irritated by my sluggish typing! A huge thanks for his professionalism, knowledge and steadfast patience with me. At last I have my email back😃
