After paying BT are incapable of reconnecting us - looks like it wrecks their system 4. C/S consists of ‘have you tried our website’ or if you’re really persistent a chat with someone in India who asks you if you tried switching modem on and off or if you’d like a paid engineer next week and adding insult to injury they then hang up on you! For all this pleasure we pay £80 / month - other providers offer twice the speed for less than half the price
