Con !!! After 14 years with BT - a shockingly high broadband account (not even high speed fibre optics) - a phone call to offer us FREE bt sports - resulted in a renewal of our disgusting contract !!!!!!!! Our own fault for trusting the sales person and not reading the TS & Cs - but I know it was not told to us !!!! They should be investigated!!!
