I’ve used Bubble T directly to order lots of different bath products for presents that you can’t find in high street shops, and have always been more than satisfied. But I have recently ordered and received a package containing 5 items, 4 of which are perfect, but one item, “Confetea Jar Of Bath Pearls Gift Set”was smashed when I opened the packaging….I have emailed the company twice in the last week and also sent a direct message via the website stressing my disappointment regarding this issue as it was a Birthday present for my friend. I have had no reply to any of my emails or message, therefore, I will not be using this company again.
