One product was a bit bashed about inside the box which was a little annoying as it was a gift for my daughters friend but I’ve now swapped it and given my daughter the slightly bashed one as she really won’t care. Products have wonderful packaging. Great for pre-teen girls who are just finding their feet in the beauty world. The loyalty scheme is generous.”
