“Lovely products but customer services responses sooo slow, taking several days and spoil the experience. Not ideal when you’re waiting on a delivery for a birthday gift that has disappeared into thin air.”

“Have bought the bubble t bath crumble before(from store, not internet) and they were great, super fizzy super foamy and great colour and scent. I recently bought for my daughter for Christmas, but the bath crumble has NO fizz or foam. It basically just coloured the water. We got a dud pack :( the disappointment on her face.”

“2 out of 4 hand sanitizers I got smell nice, and like their description.. the other two are kind of gross unfortunately. The bottles are alright-ish but seem like it'll be hard to get the gel out once they're half way empty.”
