“Awful! I ordered for a secret Santa a week prior, delivery stated 1-3 days. However 2 weeks passed still no sign of my parcel. I wrote to customer service who told me it would take only a couple of days yet still no sign or tracking info. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. Very disappointed”

“I’ve used Bubble T directly to order lots of different bath products for presents that you can’t find in high street shops, and have always been more than satisfied. But I have recently ordered and received a package containing 5 items, 4 of which are perfect, but one item, “Confetea Jar Of Bath Pearls Gift Set”was smashed when I opened the packaging….I have emailed the company twice in the last week and also sent a direct message via the website stressing my disappointment regarding this issue as it was a Birthday present for my friend. I have had no reply to any of my emails or message, therefore, I will not be using this company again.”

“I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ORDER. I received a lotion I really loved in an ipsy box. So I had tried to purchase some through your wesite. I NEVER received them. I tried to reach out multiple time to get a refund, locate my order, and get a status on my order. NO RESPONSE. It is ashame, because I really liked your products and I wanted to get more.”

“Ordered the macaron bath bombs last year, got delivered all ripped out of the box and out of the plastic seal. Emailed them to query it and they completely ignored me, scam company. Waste of money and couldn’t give as a gift for Christmas”
