“I feel robbed”

“When my product arrived, all the packaging was ripped and broken. This is meant to be a birthday present for my daughter so I was quite disappointed. I have tried reaching out to Bubble T to resolve the issue and haven't heard anything back. I am a first time customer and definitely won't be rushing back if this is how they treat their customers.”

“Im disappointed that I ordered this set for a Taylor Swift fan, as it was advertised as having Taylor Swift stickers with the set. The stickers didn’t arrive, I immediately contacted Bubble T by email but over a week later they still haven’t responded. Puts me off using them again which is a shame.”

“Awful! I ordered for a secret Santa a week prior, delivery stated 1-3 days. However 2 weeks passed still no sign of my parcel. I wrote to customer service who told me it would take only a couple of days yet still no sign or tracking info. Wouldn't recommend shopping here. Very disappointed”
